Our CEO
Steven Foreman, CEO of PD 4 ME, is a passionate leader in education, professional growth, and community advocacy. With decades of experience in leadership and program development, Steven has served as an Assistant Superintendent, Principal, and Grants Administrator, securing more than $17.2 million in funding to advance education since 1996.
His dedication to service extends beyond education. Steven has been an elected City Council Member, State Teachers Retirement System Board Member, Reading Recovery Council of North America Board Member, Ohio Children’s Trust Fund County Prevention Specialist, Educational Chair of the United Way of Muskingum, Perry, and Morgan Counties, Zone 9 Representative for the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators, and a Salvation Army Board Member.
Driven by a deep passion for supporting educators, businesses, families, and communities, Steven brings unmatched expertise in leadership, business training, funding acquisition, and strategic program design.
